Improving but support does not respond...
It has been several weeks since I reported the loss of an excellent tournament score due to a game bug that occurred. The score was honestly attained. The bug was not at my end. I highly recommend no commitments to this game until ruzzel support deems their players and potential future paying customers worthy of a reply. I say future paying customers because currently the game only goes to level twenty. (For some reason Ruzzle deemed it more important to play a game against Santa ) which is no different and offers nothing extra than if a person played a regular opponent.
