Problems since Nov. 15

This was a great game, it quickly became my favourite word game.

The sound effects are lovely. Many times people ask me what Im playing because it sounds so nice.

However! Nov. 17/15 they had an Update. Bad things with it!

They made ads longer!! Now 15-30 seconds long, even had a 45 sec ad & you have to watch the whole ad before the X comes up!! And they have ads way more often! Huge mistake!! Its like they are forcing you to buy the paid version! Players are just leaving instead!

You play one 1 minute turn & have a 30 ad!! Each time!

Before November I would recommend this game 100%. Now, 65%. Thats why only 3 stars.

Jan, Feb, Mar 16 (2) they had Updates. Not all issues are fixed from before Nov.15. i.e. Like losing sound, freezing, things on keyboard not working like Auto Caps, chat messages not going thru, etc.

Becoming so bad that I can only play 1 turn before an issue comes up & I have to close & re-open, 10 times in a row or more!

Ruzzle, finally fix all issues!! Players are leaving!! 5+ months & many of the same problems, shame!!

And when you email them they dont get back to you!!
