Great game until today

I have really enjoyed playing Ruzzle until today… Ive probably played 10 games and not one of them has registered the score for the tournament. It is stuck after the first hour or so with no other players being updated either. Ive tried refreshing it and it says loading but nothing changes. Ive
closed out the app and nothing changes and also turned off my phone still the same scores. ☹️
Two weeks later and Im still experiencing the same problem. About ready to permanently delete.
