Problems since Nov. 15. MAG has poor track record!

This used to be my favorite game.

Since Nov. 2015 many problems still not fixed: ł Most ads turn off the sound, message lights not coming on & messages not going thru.

In many reviews people say they are not getting a Random Opponent or it takes to long. Thats because players have been leaving, theyve had it! Enough is enough!

This is THE WORST game for ads Ive ever played!! Get rid of those 30 sec ads that you are forced to watch! The X or Skip doesnt come up & when they do they Do Not work!!

No Customer Service!! When you email they never get back to you!! Bought something, never recd it, emailed them (4 times) & they never responded!

They have another game, Quizcross. That game had SO MANY issues 70% of the time. Played for 1 year & they never fixed anything!! Everyone complained & everyone also left.

MAG Interactive doesnt have a good track record. They dont stay & fix problems, they move on to launching another app, like they now have Ruzzle Adventure & Wordbrain.

Shame on you!!
