Game didn’t acknowledge my score after hours spent watching videos…and there’s no easy way to report problems with app. I recommend developers take notice this will turn away players

If you download the free Ruzzle ap be prepared to get overloaded with ads for other games. This is how they goad you into paying the ap fee. It’s pure harassment and makes it difficult to sample the game to see if you enjoy it. Sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend this ap.

This is a frustrating game. The developers should be ashamed in having an app so full of bugs. It never shows notifications when it’s closed that would indicate new games are waiting. But the worse one is the the sound cuts out regularly and randomly during game play. The sounds let you know you’re getting words and accumulating points, and the tone of the sound is different as you get higher value words, but you’ll be zipping along in the middle of a game going fast when all of a sudden the entire thing will literally just go completely silent so as you’re making words you have no idea if you hit the word right or missed a tile and need to do it again. It completely changes the interactive gameplay and user feedback. This has been a problem forever and these developers have done nothing to fix it.

During gameplay ads pop up and cuts sounds from the game which makes for an unplayable experience. Probably have to delete the game if it’s not fixed soon.

Sound keeps cutting out and now it sounds like music from some background ad is playing. Come on, fix this already!

I have been playing this game for years! I’ve always loved it and it’s always been my go to game. However, lately, it’s nothing but frustration. The sound keeps glitching and turning off, and I will also randomly get the noise from an ad in the middle of a game. I’d hate to stop playing but I’m almost to that point.

The sound cuts in and out. The ads start playing during the game. Support does nothing. I reported it and they basically said it was a phone issue. I see some other reviews related to sound. You need to get this fixed. I’m ready to quit playing.

I have been playing this game for over six years. Most of the time I enjoyed it very much but in the last year I have had a great deal of trouble keeping the sound working on it. It is a glitch. They need to get fixed ASAP. I’m about ready to get quit playing because I am so frustrated. Turning it up and having it go out again, turning it up a little more and having it go out again. I haven’t been able to contact anybody to even complain or get a solution to their obvious glitch problem.

Great game, been playing for many years. But last week I noticed it started to randomly and suddenly go to a web page while playing a game. I immediately closed the web page, but this has happened again just now for the fifth time in last few days. Uninstalling it, I don’t want it to go to a site that I didn’t ask it to. Maybe something is now built into it to do this? Sad, because I have been a loyal player for more than 7 years.

Others have mentioned this so I guess I’m hoping if enough of us bring attention to this issue it will get addressed. Very difficult to be competitive while constantly playing with volume simultaneous with playing the game.

Please take out the resign. Some times I can’t play every day and when I go back to playing I have resigned. Love this game. Love playing against my friends. Only thing I don’t like is if you don’t play in a timely manner your game will “Resign” you. Sometimes being too quick to hit buttons I will an accidentally hit “Resign” and will be mad. But other than that this is one of my best games to play.

I have never been addicted to another game as long as ruzzle. I love playing quick games the most. A lot of the people I play have been pretty consistent for a while. Long live Ruzzle. ❤️

It feels like Mag has kinda walked away from this game which is too bad. I like it because it is a basic, challenging word game. I also like the tournaments, competing for high score and the themed event. All are great if you like a little competition. Here is what I don’t like: 1. The sound will just stop working mid play, which is distracting *this appears to be a developer problem in general! Insanely annoying. 2. Its easy to cheat. Pretty sure opponents screen grab the puzzle and plan their moves 3. For the Events, it would be great if everyone had the same puzzle but it is clear from the score range they do not. So your success is predetermined by how good your puzzle is vs someone else’s (?!?) For those reasons, i can’t give it a higher score.

Not too many players who are consistent. Some players start off and never complete game. We need more dedicated players.

I’ve been a Ruzzle user for years but my time might finally come to an end. I play tournaments and games where I earn coins/chips but lately I play a round for chips and win then play the next round and win but somehow lose chips. Or I play for a certain number of chips and lose more than I bet. It doesn’t seem to matter which game. The app is not mathing and it eats away at my chip balance regardless of whether I win or lose. It seems deliberately trying to drain your balance to make you watch ad videos. This only started happening in last 6 months but it makes the app unenjoyable.

An ad keeps appearing in the middle of the game! Two to three times a game! Using up game time! Plus the game constantly loses volume! Not the annoying ads unfortunately. Just the game itself! So annoying! This game has so many bugs it makes it impossible to enjoy playing.😠

Great app, sorry that someone as pathetic as Ronisron had to make it political. Excited for the future of America! It’ll be great for parents to make their own decisions about their child’s education!

This is a great game to kill some time and to keep mentally sharp in your older years.

I'd like my coins back. Paid for some, earned others. I was playing the Event game to win an avatar. I spent coins and time playing with 6 days to go. After I made it to the 2nd to last level, the 6 day event turned into a 6 hour event and it ended. I lost all of my coins and hard work. You can't make a 6 day event turn into a 6 hour event without crediting coins or avatars. I want my bear avatar. Now I have 12 days with the other event instead of 6? That's too long. Events should be 6 days. This must be a glitch or they changed the program right in the middle of the game ... which if that's the case GIVE ME MY GOLD COINS BACK.

I am disheartened to see that my favorite game allows AND rewards a racial slur as a valid word. This word has NO other meaning.

Fun idea. Bad implementation. There are so many wrong words it makes me think it was programmed by non English speakers. Also the ability to buy words ruins the competition. I deleted it.

I recently discovered my love for this app and started playing this game again. However, the sound is inconsistent, which I now recall was an issue years ago when I played. And, I’m a really hocked off because I paid to remove ads but still get them. I certainly won’t be paying again. 😡🤬😤🤯

I’ve been Ruzzling for years! I suppose, given the lackluster incoming administration in America, education is all the way in the back of the bus,,hence; dumbing down of the “people”. Ruzzle forces your hand to THINK of words. A challenge;at best. My grandkids are playing now. One of them is FOUR! She lives building her vocabulary. Play on, folks. Don’t stop learning and sharing. ☮️

I have enjoyed playing Ruzzle for many years. It’s fun. The only thing I don’t like are the long, multi-part ads between puzzles. The negative shocker this week was having ads pop up in the middle of playing a round. We only have 60 seconds to complete a round, when an ad pops up, it destroys our concentration & pauses the puzzle clock! 🤬 please reverse this new feature! It’s a bad one. If a company thinks for one minute that such intrusion will cause me to even look at their product, they are WRONG!

This occurs too often

After a decade of playing, Ruzzle is still my favorite word game. I take 2-6 minutes Ruzzle breaks anytime during the day when I need to pull back, shift gears, de-stress or make space for some creativity to flow. It’s fast paced and keeps my mind sharp. Highly recommend.

Ready to get rid of this app because it’s not transparent how to go ad free.

I have been playing this game almost daily ever since 2016. I have noticed that on sundays it will make you play the same board many times, I played one on Sunday forgetting about sundays and I used 2 helps that cost me 100 coins and I won so on Monday it was repeating the same game and I played again and I knew I couldn’t win without helps so I did play them and I had to watch many ads to get the coins again and I lost the 2nd time by only about 30 pts so now I’ve wasted 200 coins and there is no where to send mag any e mail so I had to leave this review, and hopefully I can get my coins back and maybe I’ll find somewhere to e mail them. Sorry there customer support isn’t good.

What I like most about this app is that it allows you to see who cheats. Why folks would cheat on a word game that you don’t win any real money from is beyond me.

I’ve played this game for years and purchased the upgraded version. Now within the past few days it has logged me out and is no longer connected to my Facebook and now have ADs! I’ve tried to reset my password but when it sends me the link to reset the link says it’s expired! Now I’m thinking about deleting the game altogether.

The scoring appears to be a little sketchy. The first few rounds are great, but if I play more than 2-3 rounds, the possibility of obtaining a higher score decreases. I just keep getting low scoring letters and/or fewer word combinations. Furthermore, if I don’t play for a few weeks, I “magically” win the weekly tournament. This is a fun game, but I just don’t trust the scoring accuracy.

I’ve been playing this game for years and I love it. But lately many times during a game an ad just randomly pops up in the middle of the round, like when I play a game on the tournament. I love this game but it’s getting to the point where I don’t want to bother playing anymore because the pop up ads are annoying. Thank you!!

The sound goes off after playing a round. And sometimes midway through a round.

You are charging me 150 coins for the “extra words” booster which is SUPPOSED to cost 50 coins! You’re a stingy company anyway. Boo on you!

Great game, but horrible ads. An ad after every turn, but often you have to close out of four separate ads for other apps.

I played this game years ago for a very long time then lost interest because of ads, bugs, etc. after many years I came back recently and lost everything. Understandable since it was years I last played, however, I can’t even find customer support or an answer to my question as to why I have no audio even though I have my audio on my phone at high and I have the check marked to include audio. I find I cannot concentrate if I don’t hear anything and it messes me up terribly. Please fix this or this will be the second nail in the coffin for me.

Each update seems to introduce new issues they have to fix. With last update I can no longer access Events, screen flashing strangely, any attempt to scroll just flashes back to top.

Latest update has the tournament page inaccessible. Screen is visually glitching and cannot get to the weekly tournament on iOS 18.1.1

Great👎you made changes so that I get 100 useless notifications per day to return to play more, but you can’t let me resize my iPad 6 playing board to a smaller size like previous iterations.

It’s a money grab for whatever corporation runs the game. Absolutely spammed with ads. Can’t even play the game cause of it. Horrible.

Love the game, don’t object to some ads. But enough is enough.

I was loving this game until today. Some update changed my name to “guest #……” and booted me back to the bottom of the ladder. I lost all the games that I was playing and am now on level 1!!! Please fix this!
